FUNDRAISING & SPONSORSHIP OFFICER
Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings for networking
Salary: 75,000 Naira/month

Job Summary
The Fundraising & Sponsorship Officer will be responsible for securing financial support through sponsorships, donations, and fundraising events. This role involves developing strategic partnerships with businesses, NGOs, and philanthropic organizations while also creating compelling proposals for potential sponsors.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential funding sources, including corporations, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.

Write grant proposals, sponsorship letters, and donor appeal campaigns to secure funding.

Develop and execute fundraising initiatives, such as online donation drives and community fundraising events.

Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations.

Track and report on fundraising performance, providing insights for improvement.

Work closely with the Marketing & Digital Engagement Officer to create campaigns that attract sponsors and donors.

Organize appreciation initiatives for donors, ensuring long-term engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in fundraising, partnership management, or grant writing is a plus.

Strong persuasive writing and communication skills.
