SCIONS RISE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

BECOME A MENTEE

Scions Rise is created for girls and young women who are ready to grow, learn, and receive guidance from mentors who are committed to supporting their journey.
 
As a mentee, you will have the opportunity to connect with a mentor who can encourage you, help you set goals, support your personal growth, and guide you as you take steps toward your future.

WHO CAN BECOME A MENTEE?

Scions Rise is open to girls and young women who are ready to participate actively in mentorship and personal development.​

MentEE Eligibility

  • Girls and young women ages 13–22

  • Open to learning, growing, and receiving guidance

  • Willing to participate throughout the full cohort

  • Comfortable communicating consistently with a mentor

  • Committed to maintaining respectful and appropriate mentor-mentee boundaries

  • Interested in academic, personal, leadership, or career growth

WHAT MENTEES WILL GAIN

Through Scions Rise, mentees will receive support that helps them grow with confidence and purpose.​

MENTOR MATCHING

Mentees are selected based on application review and available mentors.

Our goal is to match each mentee with a mentor whose background, experience, interests, or life journey aligns with the mentee’s goals, aspirations, or life plan.

​

Because we want each match to be intentional and meaningful, acceptance into the program is based on application quality, mentor availability, and the ability to create a strong mentor-mentee pairing.

PROGRAM COST

Scions Rise is a FREE mentorship program for mentees.

​

There is no cost to apply or participate.

MENTEE RECOGNITION

Mentees who successfully complete the cohort will receive a Certificate of Recognition from Scion of Tabitha, celebrating their commitment to growth, participation, and personal development throughout the program.
